Hello From The Founder
My name is Rose and I am a Wife and Mum of two beautiful girls (and two bunnies) who love a party as much as the next child. As a family we are very passionate about doing our bit for the environment from avoiding single use plastics in the home and keeping our waste to a minimum.
My girls’ parties have always consisted of quality items, usually handmade by me with no single use plastic or tack as I affectionately call the contents of some party bags that have made their way home.
My eldest daughter has always found new ways of challenging me every year with a new theme for her Birthday party which I absolutely love BUT I noticed that most of the items I’d invested in buying, may never be used again.
So, My Party in a Box was born. I realised very quickly that I could combine two things I felt really passionate about, my love of creating and my love for the planet. My love of party planning and styling is very prominent in my work, when you hire a Party in a Box you will be using handmade items that I have either made myself or I have bought from a British small business. I walk you through the entire set-up process and I am always on the other end of the phone for any questions you may have.
As a Parent, I am all about the memories, the photos, the matching outfits and the experiences I want my children to have as they go through life. I also don’t want any of that to come at a great cost to me or the planet, we should allow ourselves the freedom to celebrate in style without the guilt.

As busy Parents, we know how time consuming it can be searching for party supplies online, not to mention the last-minute panic buys when we’ve forgotten something or … the inevitable mind change of your child who suddenly doesn’t want that particular theme anymore, after you have bought everything!
My Party in a Box was designed for you! One shop, one box and one delivery. You simply hire one of our themed boxes which contains everything you need for your party and send it back when you’re done, using our trusted courier service.
Not only are we as Parents giving our children a truly memorable party but as consumers we are reducing our carbon footprint.

We have two other party bag upgrade options available, the larger lunch box style party boxes as well and fabric ones.

How Soon Would I receive My Party In A Box?
We plan to ship your order to you Next Day delivery, 4 days prior to your party and collect the box on the next working day after the party.
Will I Need to Clean the Items Before Collection?
Yes, you will only have to clean the cups, cutlery, plates and bowls and cake stand. Please DO NOT attempt to wash the napkins, tablecloths, placemats or bunting.
When Do I Receive My Deposit Back?
Your deposit will be returned to you within 5 working days of receiving your Party in Box back from our courier.
What Would Happen if I Returned My Party In A Box With Missing Items?
If we can not get these back from you at a later date, the cost price to replace the items will be deducted from your refundable deposit.
